Moutai Bulaojiu

Moutai Bulaojiu is produced by the Moutai Group and classified in China as a jiangxiang-type compounded liquor. It is made with Hongyingzi waxy sorghum from Moutai Town and water from the Chishui River, using base wine aged 15 years. The ingredients also include four botanicals: angelica dahurica, longan aril, goji berry, and hawthorn.

The aroma is a restrained jiangxiang and the palate is rounded, with the scent lingering in the empty glass. He, the name of the series, means harmony.
